STARTER SERVICE

A House / Camper / Cabin check whenever you want it. Just give us a call, text, or email.

Interior & exterior visual inspection for damage, leaks, mold, vandalism, and animal or insect intrusion. Checking all windows & doors to ensure all are locked. Regulation of heating/air to desired temperatures.

A House / Camper / Cabin Inspection 1x per month. Everything offered in Starter Service on a monthly schedule.

BASIC SERVICE

PRO SERVICE

Inspection every other week (2x per month). Everything offered in Starter Service plus - checking docks, boats, or other water toys to ensure no damage or vandalism. Start all vehicles. Check propane tank level. Water interior plants, run water in sinks, showers, flush all toilets, and check for hot water. Replace light bulbs and batteries in smoke detectors when necessary.

SNOWBIRD SERVICE

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, AND DAMAGES

If we discover damage during an inspection we’ll notify you.

Lake Life Property Management can handle some storm damage cleanup (down trees and branches) and some minor repairs at $25.00 per hour per person plus costs, or we can help with the hiring of a contractor for repairs and oversee the completion of repairs for an additional charge.

Exact price will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

ABOUT US

Mark grew up in Pierce, NE and spent many summers with his parents camping, fishing, and swimming in the Lewis and Clark Lake area. Since then I’ve taken my own family to the lake and enjoyed all it has to offer. Now, living near Crofton, NE for many years, my family and I still love the lake life. After 30+ years in education, serving students, families, and the community where I live, I want to continue to serve people who own homes, cabins, or campers by Lewis and Clark Lake by providing peace of mind and a more enjoyable, leisurely, and stress free “lake life.”

Grant grew up in Crofton, NE and is a graduate of Crofton High School and Concordia University in Seward, NE. He absolutely loves the Lewis and Clark Lake area, he enjoys meeting people, being on the lake, golfing, and enjoying all that the area has to offer.
